Facilitating employee inductions, training needs analysis, developing instructional design, development coaching, project work - system/ product releases, delivering training (technical/ non-technical) will be some of the things you will do on a day to day basis.. and of course having fun along the way.
You are seen as a creative thinker, always working towards improving and delivering only the best to our employees. Strong communication (written and oral) skills and the ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders at all levels within the business are crucial to the role. You will also be seen as a team player, contributing to your team’s success.
What are we asking for? Just a few things really…
Previous learning and development experience is a must- especially in organisational change and employee development projects, and an applied knowledge of adult learning principles and methodologies. Willingness to travel inter-state to deliver training.
