Our Customer Assist team is looking for someone who can provide exceptional customer service through the debt recovery process, while still maintaining a commercial approach. We pride ourselves on assisting our customers with affordable payment plans, by assessing their financial situations and negotiating an outcome to suit the customer and the business.
Having strong communication skills is essential, along with experience in collections and debt recovery. You will be a pragmatic problem solver - having the ability to negotiate positive outcomes that exercise the right level of empathy and flexibility, when handling difficult situations.
