Because of growth we are looking for an experienced Internal Recruitment Consultant to join our tight knit high achieving team. Our team are proud of the fact that we work with the entire business to deliver a quality service and find the right people to join our customers teams. We all care about our business, our customers, our candidates and the high quality of work we deliver that has become our trademark.

We are looking for someone that understands that we exist because of our customers and can tailor their approach to suit a diverse range of styles. We need someone that is curious enough to get to know their customers piece of business and understands that by doing so will increase the chances of delivering shortlists that fit the bill and impress. This is a full end to end role and ownership is key to success. You will be responsible for a portfolio of roles and customers. Although our process is robust and ridged we would like someone that runs with the proven process but  can inject their own personality and style into it, in other words, someone that is authentic and adds the personal touch to their service. This role is fast paced, requires methodical attention to detail and exceptional time management.

Our ideal new team member will be able to demonstrate success in a busy and challenging recruitment role, ideally from within an internal function. You will be able to showcase your excellent organisational skills and where you have facilitated a recruitment process end to end for multiple roles at once. Exceptional internal customer management skills and strong relationship building skills are a must for this role.

Some interstate travel may form part of this role and a valid driver's license is a requirement.
