The role

The role is essential in the process of onboarding a customer to ensure that the journey with us is efficient and at the same time ensuring that we deliver quality customer service. Your attention to detail and focus on accuracy will be fully utilised with the processing of crucial data, while your customer focus skills will enable you to have valuable conversations with our customers. You will be well supported throughout your journey here with your managers and experienced specialists only an arms length away.

You will possess strong problem solving abilities and you will adapt quickly and positively in an ever changing environment. This busy and varied role will challenge you, while still allowing you to enjoy working within a vibrant organisation.

This role offers a competitive base salary and the potential for a performance based incentive every 6 months.
