We have an exciting opportunity to join our Commercial and Industrial (C&I) team in a Business Customer Support role, to deliver all aspects of the customer life-cycle including transfers, billing and payments. A great opportunity for you to create commercial, customer-oriented results.
You will be self motivated, a self-starter, agile and ready to join our high performing team. You will provide a full end to end service to our high end multi-site C&I customer portfolio.
Clear and concise communication will come naturally to you, so will providing our customers with an exceptional customer experience every time. You will deliver timely and accurate information to stakeholders, both internally and externally, by building strong and authentic relationships as you go.
An eye for detail will allow you to identify and recommend process improvements, develop insight on meaningful reports and recognise any issues with quality or data accuracy.
