We have an exceptional opportunity to join our high performing Finance team in the newly created role of Senior Management Accountant. On offer is the chance to work with driven people and manage senior stakeholder relationships across the wider Red Energy business as well as with our parent company, Snowy Hydro. We are looking for someone who can prepare accurate financials, conduct thorough analysis and tell a story that your customers will come to know and love you for.
The role will also see you acting as a mentor to team members, providing a great opportunity to hone your leadership skills and help team members progress and achieve. Reporting to the Retail Finance Manager, you will have the opportunity to grow your role into almost anything you desire. We are after determined people that add real value, we don’t like putting people into boxes here.
Our ideal candidate will come to us with accounting experience from one of the big 4’s, coupled with at least two years experience in a corporate management and financial accounting role. You will also have the ability to manage stakeholder relationships at the highest level. The key to success in this role is the ability to analyse data, solve problems and provide meaningful insights to the business. CA/CPA qualification and retail energy experience is required for this role.
