Team Manager- Customer Management

Red Energy are recruiting an experienced Team Manager to manage an existing team of successful Customer Solutions Consultants who provide the very best of service to our highly valued customers when they need us most.

We are extremely passionate when it comes to delivering quality and timely outcomes to our customers. For 8 consecutive years running we have won the Canstar Blue Award for the best overall customer satisfaction amongst Victorian electricity providers.

Where you come in is to not only lead the team but to truly engage and inspire them to be the very best that they can be,  ensuring that we continue with our award winning service as well as retaining the superstars. You will have a strong commercial understanding, the ability to read & interpret financial data and can balance the required outcomes of the customer as well as the commercial viability of Red.

This is a true leadership role where we will call upon your experience in people management and team leading to complement our current Team Managers. In return we will provide you with the tools needed to make your next career move an absolute success. We also try and have some fun along the way.
